Rated Moderate because of the extreme elevation and narrowness of the
trail at the top. It is a nice short drive to the top of a
fourteener.

On Route 9, going north from Alma (south of Breckenridge) go about 2
miles and you will find County Road 4. Go about 2 miles north on County
Road 4 and turn left across the river. Look for the intersection of River
Road and Roberts Road. Set your odometer to zero and head up Roberts
Road. At 1.7 miles, turn right on a single lane dirt road that crosses a
field before it enters the forest.
