Free Weight Lifting and Workout Programs
The Hercules Program - This is a favorite program of ours for gaining muslce mass and strength while losing fat. In 16 weeks you can transform your body by gaining 10-12 lbs of lean muscle and maximizing your lifting potential. We advocate no drugs, minimal supplements and good nutrition.
Full Body Workout - This workout is intended to provide those who have lifted heavy or gained muscle mass to maitain that mass. It can also be used by those who simply want to get into better shape, lose weight or maintain a tone body.
Isolation Training - This program is designed for body building only. This program isolates the major muscle groups and concentrate the stress on the muscles by using heavy weight and intense reps.
